Reporting obligations
Data for PRTR register of the Republic of Serbia are submitted by the companies and other legal entities and entrepreneurs that represent Sources of pollution from various activities, listed in Attachment 1. – List 1.
For the purposes of the National registry the data on pollutants emitted into the Environment are collected, pursuant Appendix. 2 – List of pollutants. The information about exact pollutants emitted into the air and water depending on the industry are collected pursuant in Appendix 3. – List of pollutants emitted into the air, depending on the activity and Appendix 4. – List of pollutants emitted in the water depending on activity.
Data delivered in the National Register of Pollution Sources, need to be submit to the Environmental Protection Agency not later than 31 March of the current year, with data from the previous year.
Reports to the National Register, are delivered as follows:
- Entering data into the information system of the national registry;
- One set of reports printed from the Information System of the national register on a paper form, properly signed and stamped from the responsible person.
